牛皮癬：是一種常見的具有特徵性皮損的慢性易於復發的炎症性皮膚病。初起為炎性紅色丘疹，約粟粒至綠豆大小，以後逐漸擴大或融合成為棕紅色斑塊，邊界清楚，周圍有炎性紅暈，基底浸潤明顯，表面覆蓋多層乾燥的灰白色或銀白色鱗屑。輕輕刮除表面鱗屑，逐漸露出一層淡紅色發亮的半透明薄膜，稱薄膜現象。再刮除薄膜，則出現小出血點，稱點狀出血現象。白色鱗屑、發亮薄膜和點狀出血是診斷銀屑病的重要特徵，稱為三聯征。尋常型銀屑病皮損從發生到最後消退大致可分為三個時期：進行期、靜止期、退行期。
濕疹：是由多種內外因素引起的瘙癢劇烈的一種皮膚炎症反應。分急性、亞急性、慢性三期。急性期具滲出傾向，慢性期則浸潤、肥厚。有些病人直接表現為慢性濕疹。皮損具有多形性、對稱性、瘙癢和易反復發作等特點。
