The formula does not weigh down the eyelashes and lets later applied mascara adhere to the eyelashes. It firmly keeps the curls upwards and does not clump. The mascara comb allows to reach to the inner and outer corner of the eyelashes. Fine black fibres are combined in the clear, black formulation for longer, voluminous lashes. 
Can be used on its own.
